OMNI Behavioral Services (OBS) is dedicated to empowering individuals and families impacted by behavioral health challenges, substance use, abuse, and domestic violence through compassionate, evidence-based, and person-centered services. We are committed to fostering healing, promoting personal growth and accountability, and breaking the cycle of recidivism by equipping individuals with the tools, resources, and support needed to build healthier lives, make positive choices, and achieve lasting change.

Vision:
Founded in 2019 by John Jackson, OMNI Behavioral Services (OBS) was established on the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to overcome adversity, reach their full potential, and build a better future.
With more than 20 years of experience working with justice-involved adults and individuals impacted by substance use and mental health challenges, John understands the barriers many face on the path to recovery, rehabilitation, and successful community reintegration.
His commitment to empowering others is at the heart of OMNI’s mission: to equip individuals with the knowledge, practical skills, resources, and support needed to make positive choices, build healthier lives, and achieve lasting change.
Through compassionate, individualized services, education, and evidence-based programming, OMNI Behavioral Services strives to break cycles of repeated justice system involvement, strengthen families, and promote safer, healthier communities.
At OMNI, we believe that a person’s past does not have to define their future. With the right tools, guidance, and opportunities, individuals can overcome challenges, embrace accountability, and create meaningful, lasting change.
